Product update: Retry failed transactions, accept U.S. credit card payments and API waitlist

1. Retry failed transactions

We can't always avoid failed transactions from happening, but we can help you fix them easier: You can now retry failed payments and payment requests on your own, without having to talk to support. Of course, our support team is still there to help you out when needed! Learn how to edit and retry failed transactions here.

2. Accept credit card payments from U.S. customers

Great news: You can now collect payments from customers in the U.S. via credit card! Simply send a payment request to the person you would like to collect money from. When they click on the payment link, they are able to pay the request by entering their U.S. credit card information. More info here.

Please note: This feature only works for U.S. credit cards, not U.S. bank accounts.
