We are excited to share the latest updates on MazumaGo with you! We've been working hard on several updates that make MazumaGo stronger, faster and more user-friendly. The updates are now live, here's everything in a nutshell:

Payments on the go

Finally! MazumaGo is now fully mobile-friendly. Initiate and monitor transactions on your phone – anywhere, anytime.

Simplified payment flows

We broke down the payment initiation into a simple step-by-step process. This will make it even easier to send payments and payment requests error-free.

Improved navigation, payment status & tracking history

You can now easily navigate your dashboard from a top-level banner. We made payment statuses more clear by summarizing three main statuses: Requested, Processing, Deposited. You can find more details under "Tracking history".

Direct payment support ticketing

Having issues with a transaction? Open up a support ticket directly from the payment details. Your information and the transaction details will be auto-populated, which will help us resolve your issue faster.

Public business name with no character limit

Due to banking restrictions, we've had to limit your business name that appears on bank statements to 15 characters. We added a Public business name field without the character limit. This name will be displayed in emails and content displayed to you and your contacts.

Send payment reminders

Waiting for a client to accept a payment or payment request? Give them a little nudge by sending a payment reminder.
